Exhale Program

While some find it more beneficial to talk one-on-one with a fertility counselor, you may find that a community of support in the form of a support group is a better option for you. Luckily, we offer both at The Fertility Center (TFC)! We know that there is no wrong way to find support throughout this process. We make every effort to offer as many options as possible. Finding a community of support can be a healthy way to share your story, gather resources, and process your experience.

Exhale is a confidential setting where you are welcome to come as you are and share as you are comfortable. This group is open to any current patient of TFC – both men and women are invited to attend. You can attend once or as often as you would like. Led by our fertility counselor, Exhale is hosted on the third Thursday of each month from 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM at our Grand Rapids office, suite 201. We hope to see you there!
